Business Office Remodeling Phoenix Lumber and Fencing company decided to give their office an upgraded look for the new year. We started with moving and securing all the office furniture and equipment, then started demolition of the flooring and baseboards along with all the old florescent lighting through out the office. The flooring installation took a lot of floor prep as the last 30 years of multiple flooring installations needed some TLC. The business owners picked out high quality porcelain wood look tile and we matched it up with contrasting baseboard moldings and high quality satin paint finish. The lighting was replaced with energy efficient LED 2 x 2 Light fixtures which replaced the 4 x 4 outdated lighting. and actually the LED's produced a lot more clean light for their office and employees work environment. This project was done in 2 phases so business could still keep working during renovation.
