This project was a complete home remodel and new 1000 sq ft addition bringing the house to almost a 2000 sq.ft. construction project. There was a little casita in the back yard that we demo'd to make room for the home addition. We gutted most of the interior of the house for new layout and design and tore out the complete back wall of the house so we could attache new addition construction. This project was a complete turnkey from planning and permitting, demolition and complete construction with Landscaping final touches. This project came in at around $148,000 and was very impressive when finished.
