This Black Mountain Luxury Home sits high on top of Black Mountain in Carefree AZ. and was in need of major renovation and remodeling work. We took this project from concept design to full completion in a little over 3 months.
This construction project consisted of complete interior and exterior construction and remodeling including pool remodeling and full landscaping and hardscape design and implementation. Our in house landscaping team performed all excavation, irrigation, landscape lighting, planting, pavers, flagstone and concrete work. We also designed a built in BBQ and outside bar with custom sails and lighting. We upgraded the water falls on pool and at bar area with some accent plants and lighting.
The house was in need of some exterior stucco repair and a new front entry design was implemented to create a more modern look for the home. The clients wanted to take advantage of the 280 degree city views and we re-built the decking and remodeled the windows to create one of the most spectacular views in the Phoenix metro area. New pebble tech was applied to the pool remodel along with new tile at the negative edge pool area.
There was a theater room downstairs that was upgraded to bring in and match the exterior back yard natural rock water falls and updated lighting and automation for the high end theater room and equipment. A custom bar was installed to bring the effect together and a stained concrete bar top was completed with a resin coating for the bar top.
The interior received a new up lift and modern design with new bedroom added and bathrooms updated to an even more luxurious look and feel. We added a couple more windows in the bathroom and the new bedroom to bring in more light and converted an over-sized master walk in closet to accommodate another smaller walk in closet for the new bedroom. We added recessed lighting in some areas and converted all interior lights to LED's.
This project has a ton of new amenities including security camera to go along with the home automation system. New tile was installed were needed and again a bathroom that had a tub was converted to a full custom walk in shower. We also added some new granite were needed and finished off the home with a quality interior and exterior paint job.
