Five acre luxury estate interior upgrades and exterior remodeling work. We spent a lot of time researching and designing the the right look for this spectacular home. The home was over 7000 sq ft with 8 bathrooms, theater room, exercise room, bonus room, loft, chefs kitchen, and 4 bedrooms including the master. The home was very nice but very sterile and plain so we gave it what it needed.
We started with a adding stone columns and redesigning fireplace with a massive stone look with 70 inch TV built into the fireplace which included surround sound and complete home media network. We brought our own designer in to pick the stone and contrasting colors along with what furniture to purchase to give her final and personal touch.
We then proceeded to add a tranquil fountain and overhang for the courtyard located just off the kitchen and main hall way. To keep it more intimate and private we installed a custom wrought iron fence and planted vines and climbing shrubs to accomplish our goals. While we were at it, we also added the vines to the back yard pool house and accented with furniture and fixtures. The end product was nothing short of gorgeous!
